The WebDI Customer Service team is available to assist you with your issues from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern, Monday through Friday,
and after-hours for critical issues (when you cannot utilize WebDI services due to our system's unavailability).

If you require after-hours assistance from the WebDI Customer Service team, please complete the form below to authorize ChanneLinx
to charge the fees related to this service to your WebDI account. A fee of $24.95 will be assessed for each half hour (30 minutes)
of service provided for non-critical issues outside of the business hours stated above.
